I think it would be really cool if we had a bunch of communications and we had to choose what to keep in our wheel. You could edit it in settings, or even per hero so that it caters to what you usually like to put for callouts. List of callouts we have and should have:

Thanks
I Need Healing
Group Up
Ultimate Status
Acknowledge
Disagree
Push In
Wait for Me
Focus on the Objective
Enemy is Weak
Retreat
There’s probably tons more possiblities. This would allow for strategic play and prioritizing based on your playstyle.
