Just take 2 ults and combine them into 1.

Examples:

Blizzard + Configuration: Tank =
Freeze Blast
Shoot projectiles that explode and instantly freeze anyone caught in the AOE

Self Distruct + B.O.B =
Sacrifice
Bob runs into the enemy team then blows up. The player is then left with a guilty conscience and trauma
