is uprising coming back?
i just recently started to play mercy and i’m absolutely nuts abt combat medic ziegler. is it coming back soon?

look up the year that overwatch archives comes out that’s the day you will be able to get it possibly Random Number Generators and all

The next Archives event will be next March. And Uprising only comes back on the Anniversary event. I think next year’s Archives event will be different.

Archives come back once every year.
So yes, it will comeback, and all the skins you failed to get in this year will be on a discount next year.

I wonder what was Overwatch doing 9 years ago though? Since the events started with Uprising, which according to the Overwatch timeline, was 7 years ago, and Retribution, was 8 years ago.

Even if it has been, the skins will still be unlockable during the Archives event.

They’re talking about the lore, since Uprising takes place 7 years ago in the Overwatch timeline etc.

I only said the Uprising event is over. Archives is a new thing every year. You won’t be able to play the Uprising nor the Retribution event next archives. The main idea is that you can only play the Uprising and the Retribution missions in the anniversary event, because thier Archives is over, genius.

Okay, genius. Please cite your source that tells us we won’t be able to play Uprising/Retribution in the next Archives event. We were able to play both in this year’s event, so why would they remove them next year?

Oh alright. Now I know why I wasn’t able to play Uprising lol. Uprising’s date this year was on the 10th of April.

What do you mean? From what I’ve seen and heard, it’s the most popular event.

All events do come back. Along with all the previous event skins. You will be able to get her for a discounted price. Although the event theme itself may be different in March-April 2019.

But blizzard might decide to change all the events up after two years, to make the game feel fresh again. You never know

Well, as much as I’d wish for that to happen, we are now having our third Summer Games. Maybe they’d make the transition at the beginning of next year, but in my opinion it’s unlikely. And especially since Archives seems to be different every year, I’m in doubt.
