I’m experiencing some sort of bug that won’t allow me to access the shop and it will kick me to the starting page saying error, disconnected or client requested disconnect and this happens anytime I try to start a game every once in a while it’ll let me play a game but when I try and play another one after that, it does the same thing

No I don’t even have a child to monitor
What type of internet connection are you using? Home? School? Business? That message means something on your end closed the connection to the game.
Home/apartment internet
Edit: OP added that they are playing via console, so PC troubleshooting is not relevant.
So I’m playing on PlayStation with Ethernet connection and also have a WiFi router I don’t play on pc
If you’re playing on console, then troubleshooting is limited to rebooting the console, reinstalling the game, replacing the wires between console and router, or consulting the ISP for assistance.
Would that explain why I can’t access the store either?
A throttled or blocked connection route would cause the store to stop loading.
Was there ever a fix to this? I also have this problem of disconnects and not being able to get into the shop. Its been about a day and a half, and I’ve deleted and reinstalled, unplugged and replugged, and restarted my game multiple times. I have a ps4.
