What is this and why do i get a penalty for it I’ve got this quite a few times over the eight years I’ve played ow I’ve never understood this error and tonight was quite cruel I was having a really bad night I lost 7 of 8 matches i just decided to permanently turn text chat off after the 1st 1 then I finally get a great win in a game I didn’t die once then as soon as my next match started I got this stupid error + a 15 minute penalty this isn’t my fault and i couldn’t even join the match back since i just started

Sometimes this can happen if you keep your client open for sometime and happens to the game update while you’re on.
I would suggest to go on the support / bug report section for more directed solution. But my guess you were joining a game with the client not being on the lastest version.
