This has been an issue ever since OW2 launch and I’ve not seen any fix. I’ve encountered this issue 3 times this week, so I guess I gotta post it again.
Clicking “Play” in the Battlenet launcher will make the button turn to “Playing Now”, however, the game is not launched and task manager reports nothing from OW2 and shows Battlenet doing nothing. I let it sit for ten minutes and it did absolutely nothing. I went into task manager, killed Battlenet, restarted Battlenet, clicked “Play” again, it changed to “Playing Now” and again sat for ten minutes doing nothing. When are we going to fix this? I shouldn’t have to launch the game and hope I get lucky.
