NGL the initial release of classic was godawful. But the simple minor QOL changes and player limits… it’s great.

I just wish i could play OG sombra. I ignored her when she first released and didn’t really play her till late 2019

Pretty much all versions of OW1 are going to beat anything regarding OW2.

Man when I discovered Sombra i was like – woah, its freedom, i can run everywhere and be really annoying to enemy and still not being OP
Was kind of thinking about that just now…maybe i shouldn’t since i would confuse myself going back and forth lol

It definitely feels more right but I still prefer 2019-2020 Overwatch RQ 6v6 the best.

Classic is the superior life form and we proved it with these tests. Will the 2-2-2 crowd do the same? It’s doubtful.
I mean the early OW tests showed why early OW was a mess and why they had to balance it before putting in a competitive mode. It does show that it can be fun if played as a fully casual non serious mode but the problem is that never lasts in any game. Meta always creeps in no matter how hard you try to prevent it.

That is certainly true. And you can never please everyone. They have a new audience now… And that’s fine. I am adaptable (for a one trick).
No limits was better and the increase of players during that time in particular supports that claim.

That “mess” was GOTY of 2016.
OW2 was the most hated game on steam.
I have a feeling OW2 would’ve as well that year too…can’t look at it in a vacuum….
Nobody is approaching the game like they did back then and the experience is quite different now…the last few weeks in that game mode have been nothing short of awful (and I loved it back then as well), it plays like an April fools patch now
Maybe Ana was the glue that tied it together 
OW circa 2017-18 i think is what they should shoot for if anything
