Clash is an awful game mode its just as bad as flashpoint. its way too fast paced for a comp match it shouldn’t be there or at least make a game mode selection queue so people can choose what they wanna play.

Clash mode seem just a glorified TDM, i don’t like it and i don’t like it is in competitive, it represent the reason i hate OW2 over OW1: a more brainless game.

I think we have to give it more time, I could see it being fun and intense. What’s annoying is it’s constantly popping up like forcing me to play it over and over. I’ve played it four times now out of probably 12 matches
yeah I have not enjoyed my clash games at all so far… probably mostly because people clearly don’t understand how it works fully yet - every clash game I’ve had both teams just trickle in and die 1 at a time / also the opposite is true at the same time this mode forces you often to HAVE to trickle in to keep these super fast points alive… such a bad comp mode imo.

After some matches, i can confirm: worst mod ever. U play so in close quarter that a simple good reaper can be devastating.

I’ve enjoyed it had a very back and forward game last night and was still fun
I honestly wish they stopped adding games modes, at least to competitive. The game doesn’t need it. The amount we had with flashpoint was already pushing it. A whole new mode is such a hit or miss addition I’m surprised they even spend dev time on it.
MOBAs or games like CS have been doing fine years with just one main game mode. Imagine if Counter Strike forced you to play hostage maps in competitive, or if League of Legends forced some of their crap modes into ranked.
Instead of putting real work into revamping problematic and generally disliked heroes like Widow or Sombra they’re throwing away dev time on making new garbage modes that NOBODY asked for. Great, we have a new game mode, Widow is still just as annoying as ever, and Sombra after her latest rework is her most annoying version yet. Better buff her more.

They are too much incompetent, they have no clue.
PS: after playing some others matches i found Clash so disgusting that i think i’ll stop playing OW2 until they remove it, the last match i just want to lose fast. I never liked this type of brainless gameplay… for example in CoD i leave everytime small maps are in rotation.

I did my ten matches to determine my rank today and three of them were Clash, two were Flashpoint. I hate both of those modes. I play OW for OW modes, and this overstuffing of different modes into Comp is going to kill my drive to climb.
I do. Not. Care. About. Clash. Or. Flashpoint. If I never had to play them again, I would enioy this game so much more. This isn’t Destiny, this isn’t CoD. Put your emphasis on payloads and singular points so that team composition and strategy win out over twitch reflexes and TDM mentality.
The fact that I barely ever get to play a payload map anymore is infuriating and killing my motivation to try.
