There was a winter event? Kind of don’t recall it.
The skins for watching twitch were old yes. The ones for playing a few games were new. The cree and widow skins were new designs, the echo was a recolour.
Avatar skins well, all up to opinion, some will love them, others won’t. But the price of them was the same as always. 1900 for an individual soon, more for bundles.
I do agree the game modes suck, they always have. Good thing there was no real reason for me to play them.
Imagine the return of Archives event with a new variant that gives each story hero (official heroes not all heroes e.g. Retribution only Reaper, McCree, Moira and Genji) Junkenstein lab style customisation…
i wish, i would eat up lore if they released it. if a alternate timeline where they didnt fire their lore team and kept up with cinematics, comics and just story missions then yea… would be fire

i do wonder if marvel rivals will have fan made videos heh, not as much as overwatch did probably in its heyday. we shall see tho. also would be cool if fan made stuff came back to overwatch but probably wont. there is some i like the user fraimworks on youtube but its rare

You think they make a new mode each year just that it only played for a few weeks?
If you already had those old skins then why farm for them? You can skip them and can try to get one of the new skins instead, if you like.
Better than not doing the promised 6v6 test.
If you don´t like Avatar then obviously you don´t like the skins which are “only” 20$ and not 40$ which was the price for the whole bundle.
Of course you can always call out the things you don´t like but maybe also look to find something you do enjoy. If there is nothing, well too bad for you, maybe next time.
I like the skins we got, but the rest was very… meh. Not interested in playing the same event game mode for the 89th time.
They didn’t need to do anything but bring back 6v6 to get me to play, and it worked. I agree the events were lackluster, but at least they finally seem to be interested in getting their gameplay back in order.

This would single handedly Thanos snap the game back into existence. Like this is what most people were expecting with PvE. A few story events every here and there with cooler features (which is incredibly easy to manage if they just added a second team).
We seen this kind of neglect prior to OW2 release.
Possible OW3 incoming. Only this time well definitely (without a shred of doubt) be getting PvE. No way they change things to 4v4. that’d be idiotic right?!
