chipsa posted a patch notes on twitter and he is right on a lot of things, anyway is funny how he talk about cancer heros, but he is a doomfist main xd.
anyway i aggree with almost all, but i think that pharhamercy cant continue on the game.
another funny thing is how all players know that the game needs massive nerfs but blizz were trying to buff MCCREEE, torb and junk ??

Not gonna lie, this was pretty bad. Some ideas were ok, but he basically removes heroes he doesnât like by nerfing them into the ground. Itâs terrible balancing.
Right from the get go, this is awful. In the first few paragraphs he essentially deletes low-healing abilities from existence and makes projectile heroes worthless.
mercy is a big gameplay problem. she transform good heros on monsters. anyway she needs nerfs same than a lot of heros on the game.
I could go for 5% damage boost nerf provided a great host of damage output nerfs alongside it.
Chipsa suggestion still dumb as fork though.

the changes are okayish, only confusing thing is adding fall off on most projectiles yet leaving the most broken projectile on hanzo with no damage decrease or fall off
Mercy is just awful for the health of the game. Sheâs a hero that is not fundamentally well designed for a game like OverwatchâŠbut there she is.
I think on paper she is sort of reasonably balancedâŠbut the issue is that, through overall powercreep, her kit has boiled down to one thing; hard pocketting through damage boost. She has an interesting and interactive kit but you barely need to touch it; the optimal way to climb as her in fact discourages using the rest of her kit as much as possible. That alone shows what a trash place she is in.
Does she feel strong and impactful? Well, sort of. Sheâs frustrating to play with and against, so in a wayâŠbut itâs not really through the Mercy players ability so much as a sort of sloppy kit. She just needs to be tuned to add a lot more agency to her kit and, imo, a nerf to hard pocketting is in order as well.

reaper is a very good hero., he just dont have more pickrate because hanzo and mccree are better on close range (I DONT KNOW WHY) and also because pharhamercy exists and the game is full of ccâŠ
if they nerfed mccree, hanzo , mercy , then reaper can be a very strong hero⊠anyway i think that he needs some mechanics reworks. he should be harder.
I actually really like some of the changes, specifically the AoE healing at beginning
I only checked 4 different heroes and all of them had garbage changes. Awful. Glad heâs not in charge of balancing. He should stick to keeping the OWL bench warm through nepotism.
