The problem is as follows: When starting a ranked match, a huge message appears saying “Checking for updates”, and during this time, I am unable to do anything except exit the entire game by clicking a specific combination of buttons - alt+f4. As it turns out, I am unable to join the match within about 10 seconds, so I am automatically given a warning on my account 
What should I do about this? To put it bluntly, it’s driving me crazy Not only am I healing for over 20k+, but I still receive silver 5 because of my hopeless team, and now this window keeps popping up every moment. Please have mercy on me I’m trying my best, spending money, and still this window keeps popping up

I have the same, someone knows what to do with it? I already got two penalties for the game not working as it should

same here, join the practice arena before booting up your game for this first time. Suppose to be a temp fix. V dumb
