Blizzard, I don’t know how to contact you, but I meet (in PS4, in my case), a lot of players using mouse and keyboard.
Ok, it’s not a problem in QP, arcade. But I met guys using this in Competitive (even in low ranking. I’m platinium), 4 time in the row, and of course I lost.
Long time ago, blizzard talking about this problem. What about now ? Can we play with keyboard-mouse or not ? If yes, said it. If not, what about solutions about this ?
I’m not mad, but more I play overwatch, more I think I have to buy this. But in that case, I’m not better than cheaters.

Umm this may be shocking but almost every dps above top 100 other than pharah uses mnk.
Consoles is dead for Blizzard, you can do basically whatever you want there and wont get banned. There is no hope left.
Just play it for fun, QP/Arcade but diving deep to fix console ow would turn you insane, it almost turned me insane.

Just mass report them, no one but the Bags themselves will deny that they don’t deserve it, that’s just the reality of it.
Seems like Blizzard is at a stalemate with console manufacturers and I doubt if anything can get done but at least they tried.

It’s not cheating, and Blizz can’t really do anything about it seeing as it’s ultimately the decision for Microsoft and Sony to decide what they do and don’t allow for games played on their platforms

Long story short:
Blizzard doesn’t approve, but kind of admits they can’t do anything about it. Since Microsoft is also actively working with Razer for console-specific M/K packages, all I can say is “Buckle the hecc up.”

Players are cheating on PC by getting better ISP for low pings, high framerates with expensive monitors and GPU, High grade ultra smooth mouse pad and mouse, and very expensive mechanical keyboards where they use macros.
Can blizzard ban any players who are not using the “minimum” required spec, and regular ball mouse and regular keyboard?

Microsoft won’t give two cents just because they’re working with Razer for Console-specific M&K packages. And that’s because they empower the developers to manage their game how they want to; meaning it’s Blizzard’s choice to decide what is and isn’t accepted in their game.
Its as simple as plug and play! you too can rocket to diamond with the power of modern gaming tools.

So, yeah they don’t like it, but they don’t consider it cheating as they aren’t actioning it at this time and state that you shouldn’t report players for it.

No i dont its completly different. Consoles are for controllers. Mouse and keyboard are not controllers. Your analogy makes no sense. Hes not complaining about some one using a scuf controller which would be a more accurate comparison for what your saying. Mouse and keyboard is not intended for console.

A platform is defined by its software, not its peripherals. I can use driving wheels, controllers, flight sticks, fight sticks, mkb, light guns, foot pads, movement trackers etc, on both pc and console. The peripherals are out there for both.
Your notion that Consoles are for controllers is nothing but a fantasy cooked up in your head as something to blame when you get beaten, because the problem couldn’t possibly be yourself could it?

Working on it actually you need a thing ( cant remember what its called right now) that spoofs the console in to believeing mouse and kb is a controller. Another way of me knowing that consoles are intended for controllers.

MnK have been on consoles since ATLEAST the Sega Dreamcast. (Quake 3 was popular for it)
