Cheaters are back!

so I played this game FTWT8V and the dps on the other team did not seem legit so i watch replay and it looked to me like atleast 7 players in the game was cheating some heores is harder to see it on then others so was not sure about all players. if any got time can you tell me who you think is cheating so i know i am not just wrong.

Sorry to say but there’s nothing that struck me as cheating in there. Looks like maybe Silver or Gold players with their supports being slightly better than yours. Also, your tank missed some opportunities and was playing a little scared despite playing giga-buff patch Rein.

can you give time stamps and what hero please? Thanks

Sadly they couldnt care less lol, theyd have to actually work for their money if they did.

sorry if you can not see that both dps on team 2 is cheating. team 2 widow on def around 7:00 she reackt to sombra befor she goes out of invis. you can also shee widows aim that is just not look human. she has some kind of aim assist like the it auto aims for her. if you look at sym 7:44 attacking sombra it is like the aim automaticaly follows her it does not look huaman again. both support on team 2 is also cheating they look like both of them has same cheat that helps with aim. I palyed this game alot and i know when aim is not right also played around top 100-500 in season 1-10 ow1. this game was i think master 5 or diamond 1. I there just was a way to see who was on same team that would give away alot info to help you. i think team 2 was a 5 stack all useing same cheat.

None of them seemed to have walls or even a smidge of aimbot or triggerbot. I often get lucky shooting sombras when they get careless about the noise they make and repeating patterns for engages and disengages, and I am not even a DPS main. As for widow, she was clearly overwhelmed for the most part. Look, there are cheaters in the game, far more than there used to be, but these players all seemed to be making the same amount of mistakes silver or gold players will make. Closet cheaters (you can find these on various popular forums for cheats talking about how to tune their stuff to appear “legit” and how to avoid detection and especially reports from replay footage) will either use walls and very rarely toggle aimbot when there’s an opportunity to turn things around. I for one didn’t see anything suspicious in your match code, and I do have 16 of experience playing FPS games. Advanced cheats can be disguised by an already decent player but at that point it’s really hard to tell without in-depth analyzing of their gameplay to look for slips that give them away. It’s only easy to tell a cheater when the movement, positioning, and their general decision making and awareness do not line up with the accuracy of their shots and the information that’s available to them in game.

I can only say that team 2 widow is 100% cheater. looks like they have a butten that makes them instant snap to a target. if you played fps 16years does matter if you have not been in higher tiers of play. and if it mattesr i have more then 30years exprience

Bold of you to assume the tier of play I’m in. When you are even slightly above average you’ll often look like a cheater to a huge chunk of players simply because they don’t even know what aim centering is while you’re already working on micro corrections in aim so you can hit your shots more consistently on people who actually try to avoid getting shot through AD strafing and other mechanics available to them. You’re also at the level where you see a pattern twice and then that player tries it again three times more and wonders how you were able to “predict” or “know” what they were gonna do. High elo players in many games regularly get banned and then unbanned because they were mass reported by players who cannot tell skill from cheats even if they had a side-by-side.

In this one instant you have to just face it, you were able to win a game where players were quite mid. Masters in OW2 is a weird mix of lucky Golds and embarrassed low GMs. That Widow wasn’t cheating and if their gameplay was what you found oppressive then you haven’t really fought against a decent Widow yet. A decent Widow would probably look like rage hacks to you.

game is full of players with 100% uptime on wallhacks that are pretending they’re not wallhacking. They even stream the wallhacks to their twitch audience without the audience seeing it (since the cheat software has streamer mode option to split the game output into 2 feeds. 1 to stream with no walls and 1 to monitor only with Walls for just you to see.)

This has been going on for years but occasionally the software devs promote with free weekends or discounts, which leads to influx of more people trying out cheats in more ranks. But even when it isn’t the wake of a promotion of software, IMO, most high ranked players play with wallhacks and it’s a cesspool of don’t ask don’t tell. You’re either top 500 with walls or you’re not t500 because you don’t have walls.

When these “high skill” cheaters finally get banned, they simply buy a new account that just barely unlocked ranked mode. And then they do unranked to GM challenges. They DID NOT play the 50 QP matches themselves and if they do, they’re doing it will wallhacks up anyway. lol

well i can tell you she is banned so maybe i was right

How do you know they’re banned? I would love to be enlightened on this feature that you seem to have in your copy of the game that the rest of us just can’t seem to find. Oh and if you’re talking about the “Thank you for reporting” messages they’re by no means an indication that action was taken, let alone what action was taken and against whom it was taken. Plus, accounts can get banned for a multitude of reasons, not just cheating.
