I’m trying to use Cheat Engine to revert an update because it was really bad. And since I’ve had experience with being false banned, I was curious if Blizzard automatically bans me if I have Cheat Engine on my Computer? Or If I have the Blizzard app open? Thanks.

Isn’t an online game though. It’s an Aim Trainer, not Overwatch. I Should’ve mentioned that.

If you make sure that the wellknown anticheat methods can’t detect the use of CheatEngine and you never touch virtual memory that is not backed by physical memory, then you should be fine.
As already indicated above It is likely that the process list is scanned while Blizzard products are in use.
