I think a verteran rein or ana would fit as they are the oldest, we have vets on the streets who servered to protect are freedom this needs more attention.

I’n surprised the one receiving the veteran skin won’t be 76, the generic grizzled white man with a backstory so generic they probably got it on discount because they left 76 in the cloning vat for too long and aged too much.

Look at Palestine if you wanna see what state a country goes into when it’s army is considerably weaker than that of it’s neighbours.
Charities revolving around military related issues are probably a no-go. There’ll be far too many diplomatic hurdles to overcome to get the event active in all countries.

Not true, a lot of people in WW2 and WW1 were forced into joining the army, it’s why TONS of women took over the jobs for men.
Women were literally doing ALL of the jobs the men were supposed to be doing, they kept the countries going while the men were away fighting the war.

I think what they meant is that it was a career choice, and literally it’s the government that sends them to maim themselves and the taxpayer who should cover for that as consequences of the things you literally force them to do as part of their job and chain of command.

Tons of men had no choice and were forced into WW1 and WW2… not a career choice.
Sure today it is, but memorial/remembrance days all over the globe are not just for soldiers who died recently, it’s all soldiers, mainly those who died during world wars ngl.

Except the pay kinda sucks and at a moments notice, some old person you’ve never met before can send you over seas to die so they can collect more money off your death. “Just a job” btw

You are far from true…in my country, it was a duty till 1993. Those, who would not follow, were imprisoned. My father was among the “lucky” ones due his health issues.
