This is just me trying to scrape up the few bits of lore we have gotten. Help me out.
We know Mcree, Torb, Genji, Ana, Doomfist, Junkrat, Moira and Rein are missing some form of appendage
The new cinematic seemed to imply Mcree lost his arm to Bob ripping it off possibly because he quit the Deadlock gang and thus they removed his tattoo and his arm with it.
Torb was injured on a mission where reinhardt was barely able to keep him alive during the omnic crisis which I assume is where he either lost his arm or eye
Genji obviously was brought back to life with a cyborg body
Ana lost her eye to Widow
Rein lost his eye to an ORI5 in the omnic battle of Eichenwalde
We could assume Junk lost his mind when exposed to radiation and lost his limbs due to his obsession with explosives
Do we know what happened to Moira’s eye? She had to have lost it after Rialto bc she still has it during that event. Possibly an experiment she performed on herself?
I could be wrong on some of these feel free to add to them or correct them.
Her eye is natural, I think it’s just a face plate/mask.

I know she has two different colored eyes but idk why she’d wear a plate on her eye if it werent for a reason

I mean, she did say she likes art, perhaps it’s a nod to phantom of the Opera
Plus it’s her “evil” talon outfit, in her minister and Oasis skins (that I believe at one point had an in game description saying that’s what she wears to board meetings) she doesn’t have the face mask, so it’s probably her aestic
Ana has no cybernetics, in her reveal trailer she says “L” offered to get her a new eye but that she turned it down.
And i have no clue where you got the idea Rein has cybernetics…

That’s a glove. It’s not a cybernetic arm. Blizzard has mentioned this before. Same with Hanzo’s legs. Somehow he just has ballerina feet.
When did I ever say anything about cybernetics?
