Character models not loading or loading after 10 years , game is unplayable for me since 1 week , blizzard coders fix your game or revert changes please im ow1 season 1 player this never happened to me before.

Character models not loading or loading slowly into a match is typically a connection issue though sometimes other software on the system that interacts with the game can affect performance and contribute to the same problems.
I’ve run into this before and it turned out some software for my peripherals that added lighting interactions/overlays with the game (corsair, logitech, Razer etc…) was affecting the game and contributing to the issue. Once I disabled the problem software, the issue stopped.
Without a dxdiag or WinMTR as mentioned here, it can be tough to say what may be contributing in your case.
