Lately when I play, the characters will glitch around the map through walls and floors—-and it happens at the worst moments. Especially during the ends of close matches. And especially when I play mercy, it prevents me from healing my teammates. Sometimes it gets so bad that I can’t even regain control. Please fix this.

This is also happening to me. I don’t think it’s a network/lag problem because characters will fall through the floor.

Thank god it’s not just me. I was doing speed tests, and they seemed fine.

I feel like this must be some kind of server/client issue because it’s like the game is desyncing. It’s definitely most notable on Mercy because of how she flies. Sometimes when I use a chat line like I’m sorry it won’t show up as well. Hopefully it will go away with the season 4 update…
I’ve also seen characteres in the potg screen T-pose.

It definitely sounds like a network latency issue or a server issue but I might be wrong. Could you provide a video of what you’re experiencing?
I’ll try and film it next time it happens for sure.
