so i had an account, i forgot the password to THE account, so i made a new password and it told me to write a battletag so i did with my new name i have gotten since, and what do i see when i log. i see that overwatch is installed but i cant acces my game cuz it says i havnt bought it yet i still have confirmation over mail i bought the game on my old account and kinda dont wanna spent 20 euros on a game i already own.
It sounds like you just made a new account, and didn’t change anything about your old account. Unfortunately, you need to open a ticket with Blizzard’s staff to figure this out because they don’t often provide account support on the forum.

its kinda weird cuz it just randomly asked me about my battletag and i just renamed myself becuse i didnt think it would make a difference, and i can see the ““old account”” still exist seperate from this account so i just need to somehow merge them becuse they are made under the same mail, so i cant log into the other account becuse they got the same login info

well seems like the same problem, with me but i didnt duplicate the thread. btw when i want to send a ticket its confusing the way you need to explain the problem it doesnt help that much, i must select a category, i tried many times…and i cant

would there be any chance that if i delete this account my other account will get deleted too?
I don’t work at Blizzard, so I have no way of knowing that info.

she just said she didnt work at blizzard but its pretty clear she got some knowledge
when it comes to problems regarding blizzard.
