Remove armor/shield(blue/orange HP) from base HP from all Heroes. Only keep armor from abilities.

It really infuriates/annoys me when playing tank that armor has other characteristics than health, which makes it difficult to understand how much real health you have.
Example Reinhardt:
Base health in Role Queue modes remains the same at 325
Base health in non-Role Queue modes reduced from 325 to 175

Remove Blue/Orange armor after white HP:
Orange(Armor) - Recovers over heal, on healers it is imperceptible because they have self-healing.

Blue(Shield) - Recovers over time, on healers it is imperceptible because they have self-healing. On Zenyatta it’s hard to notice because he has + 80% armor and it’s hard to notice when he has 1-10% HP, then the armor starts to recover later than the health regen. Best way to see how work his armor on Symmetra.

Make 2 types of taken armor
Permanent - Max 10-50% from maximum HP value.
Give “Permanent armor” for Brigitte “armor pack”, you can return for Torbjorn’s “armor pack” so that not only heals help the team. Can be lost by taking damage or death, or after a certain time after changing the hero that give you armor (5-10 seconds).
Temporary(Old Green) - Given for the duration of your/team ability/ultimate.

Overheal Mechanics:

Character can get an additional 5-15% of their health when they are healed by abilities(not regeneration) which will disappear after while(3-8second’s).
You can protect your ally in DPS/Healer especially from one-shot.
Overheal not give Ultimate point’s.

Change Health-pack/Medkit station system:

Remove/Replace “Small/Large Health pack station” but create New “Medkit station” which will restore health not instantly but over time and also all such stations are equal…

Sombra can only hack 1-2 “Medkit station”(exception when she uses ultimate).

New Medkit station:
1)Stop all negative effects first(Poisoning, Bleeding-Injury, Burning, Freezing)
2)Restores HP like healer’s regeneration but less effective(Hacked Sombra heal like Heal regeneration but slightly weaker), also outside of combat, and heals for an additional 50-100 HP every 4-6 seconds (Like Small Health-pack) but even in combat, it can be used by multiple characters.
3) Increase size platform “Medkit station” by 2-3 times so that several characters can use it.
Who take Medkit? In the new system, everyone will heal.

Regeneration for everyone:

Regeneration for everyone character. Start 5-10s without take damage.
Weaker 6-10 times than the regeneration of heals.

For some heroes, HP regeneration restores half the health of others completely.
All who have before “Blue HP”(Shield) make increased regeneration like Heal regeneration(Zarya, Symmetra).

Nerf Heal Debuff’s:

Rampage(Junker Queen) & Biotic Grenade(Ana)
Weaken this debuff by making healing unavailable for 2-3 seconds and also imposes a subsequent debuff on received healing by 50-80% and prohibits health regeneration.
Total 2 stages Debuff:
1 Full Inhibit Healing - 1-3 seconds

Nerf DMG: Headshot, Shotgun/Machine guns(Bastion, Roadhog, ):

Reduce headshot multiplier damage to 1.5 even for all. But increase normal damage. Maybe for Widowmaker ultimate give x2/2.5 DMG for Headshot.

Nerf shotgun’s + Bastion: (Round small DMG to Small values)
OLD 7DMG+1%=8DMG to NEW 7DMG+1%=7DMG

For characters with low damage due to lot of shot’s or fractions(shotguns), round their damage down if, for example, before that 7.1 damage was round up to 8, then to >=7.5 will be round up to 7. and if =<7.6 then round up to 8 .

Example 15% Boost:
Standart DMG(Without Boost), OLD(Current balance damage rounded up), New(Me balance damage rounded down)
Standart DMG: 7, OLD: 7+15%=8.05=9, New: 7+15%=8.05=8
Fractions:
Standart 7x15=105
OLD 9x15=135(28% Boost damage 2 times more)
New 8x15=120(14% slightly less than 15%)
Bastion/Machine-gun:
Standart 7x200=1400DMG
OLD 9x200=1800(28% Boost damage 2 times more)
New 8x200=1600(14% slightly less than 15%)

Nerf&Rollback Bastion:

Now, in most cases, he is taken in competitive game, or when the enemy understands that he cannot defeat him with conventional methods and they start using him as dirty method and take Bastion.
