Centered Stadium Camera

I was playing a round of Stadium the other day as Reinhardt, when suddenly my Third Person camera shifted from my Right Shoulder View to a Centered View and I don’t know how to change it back. And it’s only happening to Rein. Someone help please

Idk if it wasnt there at release but it seems that rein has a specific centred camera for him since hes a melee character, the crosshair also shifts to the centre when using dvas boosters, mei shift and jq ult, I wish there was an option for this centered camera for all heroes. The thing I like the least about third person is that is obligatory to have it on a shoulder

Yes please. I might actually try it if it was centered. And higher above the character.
I don’t need to see the feet of my character, make them take less space on the screen.
Especially mercy, an ulting mercy takes up half of the 3rd person cam and you can’t see anything.
In a working 3rd person cam, the character needs to be smaller on the screen, or less of them is visible.

(Counter intuititive to selling skins, but i’m not using the 3rd person cam until the character takes a reasonable amount of space instead of hogging the whole screen)

You’re gonna start a fire here…

Even better. I don’t have any need to see my character from waist down. It just takes unnecessary space from my screen.
I’m here to play a game, the hero gallery is there for staring at skins.

:astonished:

Nevermind fire, you’re gonna cause a riot.

Did you see Brig’s skinnythighs!!??!?

Yes, which is why i don’t want to see them again.

Can’t you just increase the third person FOV slider to get that result?!

I watched some videos with that… no.

The character is still there, the exact same size as everyone around them and being distracting. I’d have no idea what’s going on around me since the character’s movement draws my attention and i fade out everything happening around them.
It’s why i don’t play scoped characters much. I forget i have to aim with my crosshair instead of just keeping the enemy in the scope, because the scope on the screen takes all my attention. (Which is why my crosshair is neon green and huge in the first place)

Which means i’d play better with my monitor off than in that 3rd person.
