When Cassidy eliminates Widowmaker, he says, “Don’t like shooting a lady, but for you, I make an exception.” This quotes should extend to Ashe, Moira and Sombra.
But hasn’t he worked directly with Ashe, Moira, and Sombra in the past? I know he might not be on good terms with all of them (especially Moira) but that link might be why they don’t get the elim quote
