Please fix or buff his ult. Cassidy ult is not that strong and it can be missed?

I agree this is bs thought it was me alone its happening to, had a tripple skull deadeye loocked hit fire and nothing. Tried another on a sojurn and orisa same thing waited for the skull to lock on but they both lived somehow it missed. Never had that in OW1 once teh skull locked on it moved with the target if they ran fwd or back so the deadeye hit unless they got to cover or out of sight before fireing.
