The projectile size changes made it way too easy for him to get value when coupled with how tanky he is now.

He certainly doesn’t beed buffs. He was a big winner from s9, going from one of the worst dps to one of the best. Don’t think he needs nerfs either tho.
I actually had an enemy Cass say it was much easier to hit headshots now (after my side got rolled lol). He still does very well in close quarters and with BS nade to back him up.
12 sec cooldown Mag Grenade is pretty weak. I think they should make it attach to enemies quicker, blow up faster, deal a bit more damage, and have a shorter cooldown, but remove the Hinder Effect and Slow.

Should be fine. My suggested changes would make Cassidy Grenade more about dealing consistent damage to enemies who get too close, rather than focusing on shutting off movement abilities and slowing (which is not fun to play against). Current Cassidy Nade being able to cancel a Junker Queen ult, for example, is dumb.
The overtuned Soldier 76 is much better pick than him but the main problem is the Mercy pocket.

Then again that makes it stronger against already slow moving targets which is not what we need. When it was at 131 damage but no CC, every flanker could just i-frame out of it and it hard countered heroes without that sort of mitigation.
How much damage would it even go up to? It has to be a lot to justify it being a cooldown ability. Can’t just give an damage ability that’s weaker than primary fire and equivalent to like a Junkrat nade or Pharah rocket
Which is why I said it would blow up faster so that enemies cannot react to nullify the damage so easily. 1.25 sec stick duration was too long for the version of the ability with no CC.
I would increase the travel speed and decrease the cooldown too in addition to reducing the stick duration, so the damage wouldn’t have to go up by much because those are pretty significant buffs.
Im a Widow main but if a DVA or Winston is hard targetting me then Cass is my crutch hero. No my crutch does not need a nerf. He is perfectly balanced in terms of his fire rate, low mobility, higher aim skill expression requirement then 95% of the roster, and insane damage falloff

Dont recommend playing FPS games if you dont like headshot damage and multipliers. Id recommend going back to whatever MMO you came from. Putting rounds into a head consistently, is the highest form of skill expression possible in any FPS title

I have spent almost 100% of my time in game learning to deal with specifically hitscan abusers and Mercys.
This is not going to end well for you. And it seems it continues to get worst. Maybe stop trying to cheese victories and you’ll get your buff. If the stats weren’t so skewed because of your "ROFLCOPTERS two tapping is “rewarding’.” Maybe let them rot for a bit let the pickrate dwindle, let us have our fun, and then you’ll get your buff.
But right now you don’t need anything so long as thr basic gameplan for these hitscan is mindless spray and pray.
