The description is as wrote, “Eliminating an enemy you’ve RECENTLY critically hit grants 1 max ammo for the round.” Upon testing, this only counts if you get an final hit elim with a crit. It does not count unless the final hit is a crit. It doesnt matter if you finish them immediately after you crit them, only if you finish them with a crit. So either the power does not work as intended, or the description is incredibly inaccurate. If its a wording problem then please fix it immediately as not to confuse players with what you intend with the power, as it cannot be changed once selected. Even when testing if an teammate finishes them when your last recent hit is a crit, still does not count. it has to be a final hit elim with a crit.
