Caribbean Latency Issue

Hey everyone, recently Puerto Rico and the Caribbean had some Latency issues. They seem to have resolved most of them [Including mine at one point during the week] but the Latency seems to have raised again to the 200 ping. I’ll create a thread just in case anyone else is still having this same issue.

Here are my WinMTR results I got. [I ain’t an expert on this]. I hope this issue gets resolved once an for all for everyone :c

WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider

Well your very own router has up to 98 data loss. Please confirm that you have checked both your computer and router by following this guide:

Alright, thank you! I just found it strange since my friend also had an increase at the same timr so I had my suspicions. I’ll test it again tonight.

Ensure that Limit Client Send Rate and Limit Server Send Rate are both set to Off (Settings>Gameplay). I was getting 120ms after everyone was having 100ms around my area. I had those things on.

Howdy!

Just wanted to jump in and clarify our overall peering issue for the Caribbean has been resolved. If the troubleshooting from the guide does not help resolve the problem show that WinMTR to your Internet Service Provider to have them look for the reason data is dropping at the router, so they can assist in getting it fixed.

Thank you.

Has it been fixed for Puerto Rico? Today I keep getting lag spikes and disconnected when I’ve had perfect connection yesterday
