Career Profile Progress Decrease

Firstly, having not being able to play since launch, I am super happy that I finally got into game today. Thankyou.

However, anyone else noticed their progress on career profile is slowly disappearing?

E.g. I had 900+ hrs played when first logged in, then it went to 800+ and now 700+.

I have always had over 400+ hrs on Mercy, now its 200+.

Again, grateful to be able to just play but i hope i dont end up losing all my progression/data on my profile.

Also e.g. ive played a number of games now as Kiriko (love her btw) and it says i have only played 8 minutes of her totaling 1 game.

Hopefully more people notice/comment on this, and a fix is made and no data is lost.

Yes, thought I was the only one having this issue.

I was at over 2500 hours. I have since fallen to over 1200, then over 1000, then exactly 1000, and finally 995. I’ll probably be lower today.

They STILL haven’t acknowledged this bug, I really hope we can get that data back

I’ve only just noticed mine being erased by around half and just has incredibly incorrect data making the whole thing useless to use until its hopefully fixed

Have around 1,500+ on the Career Profile but now it only shows around 700-800 with my top 3 heroes being completely wrong

Been a really messy launch, hope they fix a lot of these problems we’ve been experiencing
