I was just thinking that we need more pirate skins (Ana, Junkrat, Roadhog and Torb are the only ones so far!) and I automatically thought of Ashe as the Captain and Bob as the crew member or First Mate of the ship fitting pretty well!
I can seriously see her being the captain, ordering her crew around and Bob being her crew member or maybe even her first mate. I can picture her in a giant pirate hat with a red tie around it, and one hoop earring in her ear. The tattoo she wears can be in the shape of her ship emblem (Skull since she deals with them but maybe with a Kraken wrapping it’s tentacles around it instead of a rose or something?) and the long jacket she has maybe could be ripped up and tethered with long cuffed pirate boots. Bracelets and some other jewelry could be on her since prates can be blingy! She can have a telescope on her belt and a Rapier on her back. Pirates also use guns and she uses a Rifle so that fits. Her dynamite could be a grenade. Coach gun with minor new details can stay.
BOB could have a Bandanna on his head with a design on it. His gun on his arm could look like a pirate ship canon. He could also have a patch (Though that’s optional) on his one eye and his beard could be of a Jack Sparrow type. The ship emblem as said above would be on his back shirt that could be vest with a long V cut shirt and some necklace (or necklaces) of some sort on it. He could also maybe have a long X cut scar on his arm or chest. Gloves would be awesome for him to wear as well. Pants could easily be baggy and tucked in his boots.
Yeah man I can totally see her with that! I think she would make a great pirate skin idea! She can say things like “Ayy matey” or “Walk the plank” when she gets a kill and other lines that she fits well.
She could also yell “BOB! FULL SPEED AHEAD!” haha
Ahhh yasss! I imagined her saying these things as well! Her calm collective state is what makes me think of a cool captain!
I love the “Full Speed Ahead!” Bob ult line but I wonder if it is too different for them to use? Then again, as long as she says “BOB” people will know maybe?
Well Genji’s ult line changes pretty drastically in his Bahu outfit and Hanzo says The Wolf Hunts for his Prey which is totally different and I think the scream is what lets people know that they are ulting so maybe as long as she says Bob’s name then people will still know it’s Ashe?

Hmm… that would be tricky a bit since she uses a laser like weapon as her primary but she does shoot off canon like fire so maybe her gun could look like a canon? We are in the future so maybe she could be an “up to date” pirate? I can see her with some braids in her hair, long and spread apart, maybe a feather and lots of eyeliner. Her outfit could consist of a dress looking one maybe? The ones that are long and come down and show some leg? She could keep a dagger on the one thigh perhaps. She could wear some kind of heel and since Symm is elegant, she would need an a good looking pirate outfit haha She could wear loads of jewelry? I would love to see everyone get a pirate skin one day along with a junker and safari one!
Ashe as a Pokemon trainer would be hilarious but I am not sure if they could do that since Gamefreak and Nintendo probably wouldn’t allow it?
Yes! Me too! I really hope the devs take notice! I really wish I could have entered the fan made skin contest as I love to draw and would have designed it!
I want a Pirate Themed event. I can see Tracer as either a British Royal Marine/Grenadier or wearing a bandana, pirate rags (I don’t know what you would call them), a sword on her hip, and barefoot.
(Pirates from what I remember never had a “first mate” because they weren’t the same as a British captain. In fact, most fellas hated that life and a captain was voted on and only had say during a fight. So as a result, there was no one individual who held power on the ship due to pirates knowing how power gets to the head. The quartermaster was the true second in command, even though there were first second and third mates in case the captain died. It’d just be one of them took the title of captain. This has been your pirate facts of the day)
