Can't watch replays (9-403 error)

Hi. Recently every time I try to watch a replay, it keeps giving me the same message; “Unknown error. Cannot watch the replay. (Error 9-403)"

The replays are from the current patch (1.58)
I tried repair and scan
The match was concluded
I’m not in a group
Restarted my Battle.net

Still doesn’t work

I like the way they ignore this bug.
Have this problem about 2 months. Still can’t watch my replays.
Also communicating with supports system is kind of bad, they ask for unnecessary files. I think a screenshot would be enough to show you the problem.

I have the same Problem, why dont they fix it. It is really annoying.

Try use vpn to watch replays. It’s helps for me
