Pick Moira to get the DPS event challenge (turns out I can’t even, cause she still counts as a support, go figure) and my team is like three tanks and one DPS. Then they start calling for heals and I physically can’t heal them. So, as part of April Fool’s, I can’t wait to see I’ve been reported for not healing as Moira in Normalwatch.

If your teammates write something, copy and paste it. now its their turn.
if they ask for hitscan because of phara, go junk and ask someone to deal with phara.
no heals? swap to dps and ask for heals.
no tanks? go non tank and ask for a tank.

because teammates can demand you to fix the comp while they throw but you cannot ask them? wierd thinking but ok. works since ow1 release btw.

See I think people would have just gotten mad, if you can do it without eating a bunch of reports, then that is pretty great.
I think it is funny as hell, and would be laughing my booty off if someone did that in the game I was in. But others are less “chill”

In oq modes when someone (who isn’t even carrying their own weight) asks for someone to swap, i usually just say “feel free to swap, it’s not role queue”
Usually if a healbotting mercy or weaver or something asks for more tanks or dmg heroes.

oh Thats valid, and still no reason to report as everyone can fill the role.
different in role q and both on a role throw, nothing you can do here.
imho the answer is clear, anyone asking for more heals asks bc they can’t do their role without aka they are useless without a second support aka they should swap.

i haven’t had single action or even warning ever so i think i am fine.
similar if pharmercy hunts me on hitscan and nobody cares about me, i swap junkrat and have pharmercy now focus my tank and support as junk isn’t dangerous to her.
its actually fun and fullfillin. why sweat over teammates that rather dump you?

I was worried about this too yesterday. I mostly play with chat off and so I can’t tell my teammates that moira can’t heal anymore if they asked (and no one on the team was playing a support, so they might’ve thought that was me 
)

I think the MM choose players on what role they play…
But that is my theory!
