Can't uninstall the game

Hi. I couldn’t run PTR so i decided to reinstall it. I clicked uninstall and the client says “removing files, please wait”, but it’s been near 40 minutes and it isn’t removed from my PC yet. How much time does a simple uninstall require exactly?

Edit: It seems that i can’t do anything with the PTR files. I can’t uninstall it, i can’t scan&repair and i can’t even check for updates. It is just stuck. It says “uninstalling” or “scanning” but nothing happens. I only have this problem with the PTR. Please help me if you can. Thanks.

I also would like to know how long it takes for it to uninstall as the same happens for me. I thought that because it didn’t work to launch it for me as it didn’t log in (probably similar to your problem) I thought why not uninstall it as it takes a lot of disk storage. But as you say it takes ages and I want to know how long it will take. Also sorry if you thought this would be the post to help you and I don’t know maybe you solved it (probably) but I just want to get help with it.
