imagine trying to play a game only to encounter a bug where you cant select a hero only to receive a ban because you got kicked from a match for not being able to select a hero. i get that the ban system for rage leaving is supposed to help the game but then maybe FIX THIS BUG SO THE REST OF US DONT SUFFER… or reverse a system where you dont get banned for a bug. its unfair. this bug has existed for over 2 years fix it already
