Can't Saving Graphics Setting in Settings_v0.ini

I’m PC Player, in 6/28~7/1, When i change Graphics Option Settings,
then Save It, go back main Menu, choose to Exit Games,
reopen Overwatch,
I find in option, not anything to be change Graphics Settings,

I uninstall Game & reinstall Game,
uninstall Motherboard driver & reinstall,
uninstall Graphics Driver & reinstall,
Close Kaspersky,
Check Update,
repair Overwatch,
Setting administrator to Overwatch System,

then, I find windows\Documents\Overwatch\Settings,
Settings_v0.ini didn’t written anything…
even I change File attributes, still can’t saving anything,
But… I can Take Picture in same Subdirectory,

How can I Fix this problem??

Overwatch may not have permission to save settings in that folder. This troubleshooting guide may help:

Sorry, I find where is problem,

When Install Onedrive and autosync files,
documents Subdirectory path be change to c:\users\username\onedrive,
then C:\Users\username\OneDrive\documents\OW\Settings\Setting.ini cant be made &saving, so all game option & graph option can’t be saving,

But logs & screenshot files can be autosync for onedrive,
So, asia many players have this problem, beforce ASHE’S DEADLOCK CHALLENGE didn’t have this problem,

So, please tell me how to fix this problem??

Hello there,

If things were working with OneDrive syncing before a patch, and stopped working after the patch, please reports this as a bug in the #bug-report forums.

We do not officially support OneDrive syncing Documents folder, so you may need to disable the syncing when you want to change settings.
