When saving a requested highlight (from when you press F9 during a game, they appear in “Recently Captured” section), the progress bar stops around 20% and never progresses past that point. It stops at the exact same location every time, for every affected highlight. I have tried leaving them to save for over 45 mins. It continues to save until I stop it. I can view the highlights fine. This does not happen to any highlights from Today’s Top 5 or POTGs, only highlights that I request in-game. The oldest highlight I have affected by this issue is from June 5th. I play through Steam.
I usually save with these settings:
Resolution: 1080P
Super Sample: X1
Frame Rate: 30
Movie Quality: Medium
Movie Format: Auto
Hardware Encoding: On
Music: On
These are the same settings as default, except for resolution, which is 720P by default. The movie format seems to always be mp4.
I have tried saving with these settings:
Resolution: 720P
Super Sample: X1
Frame Rate: 30
Movie Quality: Low
Movie Format: Auto
Hardware Encoding: Off
Music: Off
This did not make a difference in saving, but I thought it might in the case that quality was causing the issue.
