i am done with it, people are playing tank or support because they can’t use dps and therefore intentionally playing bad, they would rather lose then play well and win, i am 100% sure they are doing this on purpose, enough is enough, so why don’t the devs just let me refund, i don’t want to play anymore or stop your stupid making dps queue time longer, this is seriously hurting the game.

Unless you have a camera above their PC I’m unsure how you’re 100% sure. Maybe if they’re jumping off the map (we can all see that in our kill feeds!!!)

Seriously though, I don’t know about your country but mine only allows refunds if the software is faulty…and it sounds like your game is working just…fineeeeee…

its pretty obvious from the way they play that they are trolling, the game is fine its the people i am playing with, i will never buy competitive game again nor do my children’s children, this is some sort of satanic evil, the devs are doing this on purpose and the trollers also on purpose, atleast in free games you lose nothing, but i just give my money to them for free and these people are evil like pure 100% evil, lesson learn, if i am going to buy a game it will always be pve or single player, never team based shooter like this, i hope these demons use my money well, i hope God forgive me for giving my money to these demons.
You’re being put into matches with people of a similar skill level.

it’s not skill they are doing it intentionally, sometimes just sit their doing nothing, you can see a try hard with bad skill, but this is on purpose, the reason i quit dota is the matchmaking it seems it’s worst here, atleast in dota its because of the deep complex mechanics, i don’t judge a person’s skill, its obvious they are trolling or being a pain in the butt on purspose, the devs don’t take this seriously? lol now i get it
I should go into the bookshops and ask refund for every book I already read - cause I won´t read some of them again… (dammm…too bad I am addicted to them and love to collect them. I could make a real money here )

No doubt about it, I have even had a few admit it.
If it’s QP, you cannot expect anything more. The priority pass should not have been used for QP considering literally 2/3 of the players there simply play to kill things and have no interest or desire to work as a team and actually win (strange thought in a competitive game I know - to want to win).
At least in Comp, the trash-land that’s devolved into, the MMR range is stricter which helps somewhat.

This, honestly. There are no tank mains left on console. QP is just 4 dps mains and two supports. Hog/Dva in every match, feeding their brains out until they decide we need a shield because we’re losing and go Rein or Sigma and then have absolutely zero idea how to actually play Rein or Sigma. Maybe not throwing on purpose like the OP suggests, but definitely a sort of soft, unintentional throwing.

And in the last 60 seconds of a match, as if that will accomplish anything. Reminds me of the Reaper/JR combos that try last minute of the game to go hitscan finally against a Pharmercy 
There are a ton of rapidly demeching Dvas right now who think they are actually good because of elim counts

coming from 20 years of moba experience and understanding different synergies, i think i have pretty good understanding of the synergies, getting that hook and shooting instantly is not new to me, i have done that countless times in dota ever heard of pudge? its a copy cat, the real problem with overwatch is that it is trying to be competitive, but does not allow solo carry, almost all moba or competitive match allows carry and it’s not bad, even in csgo you earn more money by killing more, in paladins you earn more xp and you can have significant advantage over all the enemy team, why don’t the devs allow this in overwatch?, win or lose is entirely on the team and yet you have bad team all the time.
Honestly, this again is why the game needs subs, not one-time payments. People can come and go, the feedback is more clear, and it funds the constant development people want. It also cuts down on alting/smurfing. F2P is fine if all you want is loads of people with microtransactions but what you get is a mob of players in a crap game over time.
I dont think that would work for OW. It did for WoW mainly because the majority of its playerbase is around 25+ years old who have their own incomes. The average age of OW players is around 18/19 who are much less likely to be able to afford such a monthly cost.

Anyone who deserves to be in a higher rank can and will climb to that rank with an enormous winrate. This is especially true on a new account, such as yours. Proof: Smurfs.
If you can’t climb on a new account it means you aren’t good enough to compete in higher ranks and are just overestimating your ability.
