Completed the whole event and see the rewards listed in the ‘rewards’ section, I redeemed them and then waited. It’s been over 48 hours and they still haven’t shown up in my account. I find that I can continuously redeem them, leading me to believe that maybe it’s not registering that I’m redeeming them at all. Is anyone else having this issue?

Yup. Same thing hapened to me. Just can’t seem to figure out how to make them apear in your actual ow acc. Its been 4 days and i still haven’t gotten my rewards. (Even tho i completed the game 3 times)

There’s a thread about this problem going here. Hopefully if one thread gets enough attention, Blizz will take it seriously.
I also couldn’t get my awards, which is very frustrating
I had the same problem initially but I went back and re-completed them (including the hidden Hanzo ending) and I finally ended up getting them. My advice would be to try it again and make sure you save.
