Can't rebind reload

I would like to rebind reload to right bracket (a keybind on my mouse) instead of R, however, when I do so the game still thinks that I have reload bound to R. This doesn’t happen for any other action and I’m sure the button is in working condition. Anybody know why this is happening?

edit: nvm i think i figured it out, some weird stuff with all heroes settings

I had it too.
There was 2 problems.

  • 1st
    It happened when I was playing on 2 accounts with different keybindings.
  • 2nd
    I had conflict between 2 keyboard drivers (forgot to remove the older one)
  • 3rd
    The keybinding file wasn’t updated, so I had to change it every time I was logging in the game.
