As the title says, I can’t get more than 60 FPS consistently in my system. All the other games work (I.e. Destiny 2 and The Witcher 3 almost max settings 60 FPS).
When I look at the performance of my CPU and GPU in the games, my CPU handles all the games except overwatch really well and consistently mantain relatively high usage while my GPU also performs well, working around 80-90% in the games mentioned before. But in overwatch the CPU have spikes of performance, going to almost 100% to 20% (or even lower) and then coming back almost 100% in less than an minute , the thermals also seem unstable.

I7 7700HQ
GTX 1060, overclocked (mobile, but no max-q)
16GB DDR4 RAM
2TB HD 7200 RPM
