Can't purchase Lucio's "Dance Party" Emote

I have the 200 League Tokens necessary to purchase the Lucio Dance Party Emote, but when I press “A” to unlock it and confirm it with “A” nothing happens. It never unlocks it. I’ve tried several times and it just won’t unlock the emote. Any idea why?

Hey, the OWL all access Lucio emote wasn’t supposed to be purchasable with the summer games, so they locked it so that no one can purchase it anymore (yet). However, they did say that the emote will be purchasable at a later date with OWL tokens.
