I can only play venture in the practice range, cant choose them in an actual quick play match, queued with a friend and they can play them fine. When it click it i quickly reverts my choice, only happens with venture.

exact same issue, EU server on PC if that makes a difference

same issue, its very annoying, people can just take it even tho im literally spamming ready

Same here, can’t pick the hero.
This keeps happening to me too, it’s so frustrating. You have to quit and restart the game in order to be able to choose them again, and it can happen mid-match.
