I just received a loot box and I went to go and open it but when I entre the loot box screen it doesn’t appear any loot box it’s as if I don’t have it and on the main screen it shows I do

It’s doing the same exact thing for me, too! Had two lootboxes, one from playing tank and another from leveling in the same QP game. Was able to open one, but not the other.
It says I have one, but when I click on it, it says that I have 0 on the actual lootbox screen.
Did you receive them from competitive? If you did they are not Halloween lootboxes.
Click on the previous (or prev) button and you will find the standard lootboxes you earned.

I received mine from a normal quick play game. One of them was a Halloween lootbox, I did what you advised and found the other one, which was a normal lootbox, thanks for the advice!

The bug is that it gives you a normal lootbox instead of a halloween lootbox when you get the “queue as tank” lootbox. Hit the previous button on the lootbox page to see it.

People aren’t sure, but WyomingMyst thinks it’s intended.
Certainly not showing which box you have without the previous button is problematic.
I can actually now confirm that it’s intended.

This just happened to me with a Winter Loot Box. Hitting ‘prev’ fixed it. I wonder if they’ll ever fix this bug…
It’s not a bug, WyomingMyst has shown a reply from Customer Support. They’ve confirmed it’s normal behaviour.
