Since the launch of Season 12 I cannot click on specific heroes in career profile anymore, myself or others, streamer mode on and off. It still updates, as I can view my win percentage by sorting the played heroes by that, but clicking on the hero does nothing instead of bringing me to the screen that shows averages, career bests and so on. I have this issue and another account used on the same PC has the same issue.

Bugged(?) for me as well. The only way to see the hero specific stats right now is to click on the statistics bar at the top of the career profile and click on which hero you want to see the stats for.

yup exactly this! couldn’t find a recent post about this, sorry this is happening to you as well, but glad not to be the only one

Yeah same, I tried deleting the cache folder but no luck
