im from indonesia and cant login to america server, can somebody tell me why it is happening. its because some maintenance from indonesia region or indonesia isp got banned from america server please heeeeelp

yes me too, this morning i was playing for 3-4h and after that decided to take a break for at least 3h and return playing. but then i cant connect to america server anymore.

do indonesia not allowed anymore or what in america server?

yeah, talked to them and they said they didnt block overwatch or anything so im sitting here confused

I’m from indonesia and using Indihome too, i also can’t connect to America (Singapore) server but in asia server, i can connect. what happened?

And here i’m upset cos can’t get free lootboxes arcade, haven’t get 9 wins, and i only got 1 2018 legendary skin :frowning:

Hey folks!

Thank you all for your reports. It seems the reports so far are coming from Indonesia, experiencing trouble connecting to the SEA/US servers. Could we gather some connection tests?

Once we have more information and have any updates on the situation, we’ll update the thread here. Thank you!

it’s been resolved this morning (few hours ago). not quite sure what happened tho, but i can login normally now.

i have not been able to connect to SEA for 2 weeks i play from dubai SEA gives me lowest ping among all reigons like 90 i posted 10 times about this issue i never got a reply from a moderator.

so they can ask me to check my routing server and thats all? You think i have not in the past just look at the above post it has been answered its the same as that post its useless it does not fix a thing.

Try doing WinMTR to 37.244.19.113 as this IP seems to be the actual game server (checked with Wireshark), and let it run for 50 sent packets or so.
