I am trying to log into the game from the battle net launcher. When I type in my password, it tells me to accept the request from the Authenticator. I go to my phone and approve it, it take a second then says “Request Approved” and on my pc, I just go straight back to the log in screen.
Can you try providing a manual code entry, on your mobile, select "Enter Code Manually) and will generate a time-sensitive code which changes about every minute. On the log in screen, select “Use Authenticator Security Code” to enter the code from your mobile manually.
I was having the same issue and entering the code manually as WyomingMyst suggested worked for me. Thanks for suggesting that.

sorry for the necroing but I have the very same issue and what’s even worse, even if I click on the manual option, it bumps me back to the id and psw screen. Had to remove the authenticator in order to progress.
I’ve tried with resetting both auth and psw, emptied cache but nothing changed on my pc.
on phone auth works fine but I’d like to install diablo immortal on pc and it prevents me to do so.
It may be a little late, but for some who still have this problem.
It worked when i used Microsoft Edge instead of Google chrome.
