My friend can’t launch the game and he just gets an error message like this: network initialization failed. and his network is just fine. anyone who knows what to do?
Sounds like an antivirus program or perhaps his router is blocking the permissions/ports that Overwatch needs to run and connect.

This thread will highlight the usual troubleshooting steps that you will want to try when experiencing connection issues on your Xbox One or PS4 console.
1. Completely close out the Overwatch application and restart it to see if the issue went away.
