Can't Hear Voicechat

I did everything Blizzard suggested here:

No solution worked.I am sure people are talking,I am in the voicechat party and nobody is muted.I would appreciate help

Some questions to get to the bottom of this
Can your friends/teammates hear you talking?
Can you see their icons flashing top left when they talk?
What type of audio devices are you using? (Headset/Speakers & Mic?)
What are your voice chat devices set to in the Overwatch options page?

They cant hear me talking.
Yes,their icons flash.
RAMPAGE SN-RW66 Alpha-X RGB 7.1 Surround Sound is my headset,mic is attached to it,voicechat works in every other game.

From the background sound:
On
Auto Join (group)
Auto Join (team)
On (match voice chat)
Push to talk
Comms devices ( the other setting does not help either)

Hey, KaanYener! The 3 errors I see in the last 7 days are 1058 (RTP timeout), 11045 (Resp_session_set_participant_mute_for_me) and 20900 (Conference server command error). These errors could suggest a connection or settings related issue. Could you try the following steps?

  • Check that the sample rates match:
    1. Right click on the Sound Icon on the Taskbar, then, click on Open Sound Settings .
    2. Under Related Settings , click on Sound Control Panel .
    3. Go to the Playback Tab, right click on the active device and click on Properties .
    4. Go to the Advanced Tab.
    5. Under Default Format , keep in mind what the bit depth and sample rates are. For most playback devices, it should be 16 bit, 48000Hz.
    6. Close the previous window and now check the Recording Tab’s properties (step 2 & 3). If the Recording device’s sample rate is different than the playback devices, make sure they match up. For most recording devices, it should be 2 channel, 16-bit, 48000Hz.
  • Check all 3 steps on the sound settings article.
  • If any applications like Sonic Studio/Radar, Nahimic, Haste, or Discord are on the system, try temporarily uninstalling them from the system.
  • Try an alternative connection or VPN temporarily.

If it continues, could you provide a DxDiag file? Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

Thank you,I solved the problem by activating my mic,however I still think it is weird not being able to hear any voicechat without activating mic.
I couldn’t write,sorry,I had a 7day forum ban.
