I’ve had this issue for the past couple of weeks where I can’t hear or talk to the people in the game chat. My headset is working perfectly since I can clearly hear the game sound and when I join xbox parties I can hear my friends talking, but the issue only occurs in the voice channels in overwatch. When other people speak in voice chat, I can see their voice group/team overlay on the top left but I can’t hear them. When I speak, my overlay does not appear at all even though my mic works fine in xbox parties. I’ve also tried using other accounts to see if the voice channels would work, but they don’t.
This might be because I got a communication suspension around a week ago on xbox, but the suspension already got lifted after a day.
