Cant get to the top 500 in Open Queue Competitive

As the topic, I cant get to the top 500 in Open Queue Competitive after winning 50 games, I am the master 5 while there are lots of diamond 3 on the charts, This is my id: YourDie#11741

This bug has been present for many players since season 1. I also talked to the support and they told me to just tell my problem here

i have the same issue, won 51 games and enabled the sms protection but still no top500 when players way lower than me show up at the leaderboard
