Whenever I launch the game it will load and start to play the animation where the options on the home screen slide into frame, but it will freeze in the middle of it and not let me do anything, and after I have to close the game with task manager, when I go back to battlenet it is stuck saying I am “Playing Now.” This has happened multiple times to me and other people when new seasons start.

I have the same issue, and though my graphics are up to date, it says I need to update them to play the game. Fix it Blizzard.
