Cant get into america server

i was wondering why indonesia IP really hard to get to americ server. 3 hours ago i can play in america server and now i cant. please fix it ASAP

Hi. I’m also from Indonesia and have the same problem. I was able to normally run Overwatch until a few hours ago, and then it just stopped and I can’t get into the game. Everytime I tried to log in, the screen proceeded normally until the “Entering game…” part and then it suddenly says “Lost connection to game server”. My laptop HAS been able to run the game, my internet connection isn’t the problem, and I found out that I was able to load the PTR too. But not the main game in american server.

let me guess, you guys are using telkom indihome? if yes, then we are on same boat, same issue because of how crap our local isp perform. bombard them with complaints asap. last time this occur is because they have speed issues something etc

Hey, I have the same issue, here in the U.S. Might not be an Indonesia-only issue. In fact, I was able to get on the Asia server, but not Europe or America. Now, I can’t get on any of the 3.

same here, im also from indonesia and using telom indhome, cant get into the game since yesterday, but i can get into asia server with 120 ping, is it because internet connection or is it blizzard ?

Same here, working fine before, but now its happening again like yesterday. (ISP : FirstMedia)

I was able to connect this afternoon. Now in the evening it’s throwing me out again. Do we have an update on this?

I also unable to connect to US server. 2 days ago also cant connect, but yesterday can connect, now cannot connect again.

Im using FirstMedia.

Im using firstmedia, currently living in Surabaya, Indonesia. This problem has been happening for the past 3 days, is there a workaround or fix? please PM me when one is found.

This problem coming back again after the update :frowning:

Patch update is irrelevant. According to what I’ve seen, this problem has not yet gone away and won’t go away until they actually fix the undersea cables.

Aw, i wonder how long it takes to fix the undersea cables… :’(
